This crew was tracking end-of-day tank levels on a warehouse whiteboard—a manual tally that was only as current as the last person who walked over and updated it. No one in the office had real-time visibility into what was left across the fleet until someone physically checked.

Palmetto built a mobile-first web app that replaces the whiteboard entirely. Drivers report sprayer and holding-tank levels from their phone in under a minute at the end of each round. The warehouse sees a live fleet-status board on a wall-mounted screen—always current, no walking the lot required. A built-in tank-mix calculator was added on top, removing another manual math step from the crew's day.

For nearly 50 years, SCGA's Hall of Fame existed as framed portraits on a board-room wall—79+ inductees since 1977, with no way for visitors, members, or staff to explore that history. A move into a new office created the opportunity to build something people would stop and engage with.

Palmetto designed and built a museum-style interactive touchscreen exhibit with Augusta National clubhouse elegance and Masters-style typography. An idle screensaver draws visitors in, while browsing by year or name, full inductee bios, and a drag-through timeline connect inductees with major South Carolina golf milestones. Palmetto also developed the market brief that helped earn board support for the concept.

The warehouse team was manually parsing emailed spreadsheets to determine what needed to ship and when. Missed customer shipments were a real, recurring cost of relying on a format never built for the warehouse floor.

Palmetto built a proof-of-concept dashboard that automatically converts each incoming spreadsheet into a live, always-current warehouse view. The client is now expanding it with factory-side inventory, cross-location transfers, and POS integration so a sale automatically tells the warehouse what to pull.

My Mental Game Locker wanted to turn DISC personality assessments into something coaches would actually use—not a one-off quiz an athlete forgets, but a roster-wide view that helps coaches communicate with each athlete differently, especially under pressure.

Palmetto built the branded reporting platform behind that vision, starting in soccer and golf. Because the audience includes minors, it was designed consent-first with parent magic-link consent, per-team approval, fail-closed handling for unknown birthdates, and automatic data purge.
